It is unfortunate that you are writing incorrect information here, especially since we explained this to you over the phone at the time. It was March and April, a period when COVID-19 was rampant. At our hospital, we advise patients to stay in the clinic for 15 to 20 minutes immediately after the Gardasil 9 vaccination to monitor for adverse reactions. However, concerned that this waiting period for patients could contribute to the spread of COVID-19, I instructed our staff not to accept Gardasil vaccination appointments on busy Saturdays starting in April. I remember you shouting and raising your voice at the front desk because our hospital did not accommodate your schedule, despite the fact that we explained the situation to you. Nevertheless, none of our staff, including myself, got angry at you; we provided guidance. I also diligently performed the toning trial event you paid for, just as I would for any other patient, and explained how to manage pigmentation in the future. Please do not yell at our staff like that. They are all my family members who follow my instructions and are a great help to the operation of the hospital. Also, Gardasil 9 is the same product everywhere. I do not understand why it is so wrong to inform them that they may go to another hospital to get vaccinated if our hospital's schedule does not suit them.
